The University College of Teacher Education Carinthia (Pädagogische Hochschule Kärnten – Viktor Frankl Hochschule/PHK) provides Bachelor and Master training programs for primary and secondary education (including vocational schools) and also offers in-job training for teachers. The PHK also conducts research in the field of education, school development, multilingualism and multiculturalism (as located in the Alpe-Adria region) and is organizer of scientific conferences which take place regularly.
